The staff is a bunch of disrespectful kids who will try their hardest to make sure you can’t contact management. Had so many issues with a birthday party and they would not let me speak with anyone kept saying there was no one and just stare as if that would make the problems go away. Couldn’t pick up a phone or refer to the manager on shift. (He was the ONLY one who was respectful and tried to help me with getting in touch with a superior.) We came in and put on our names and THEY KICKED US OUT because they said when you line up our names a certain way it’s inappropriate! They didn’t even refund us!! Whos in the wrong here?
