I came to Cache Valley Eye Associates for a cataract evaluation. The doctor didn't even mention the option for basic lenses, he only told me about the two upgraded expensive lense options. If you want to spend money that you don't need to, go here, but if you want to save money, go outside the valley for cataract surgery because they are just going to upsell you here. Doctors are starting to act like used car salesmen, don't let them leech your money out of your pockets.
I think everything went well until after the procedure. Having fasted for many hours, my blood pressure was low, I was dehydrated, and I think my blood sugar was low. I was given intravenous fluids and oxygen in addition to monitoring my heart. I’m not sure I see the necessity of fasting for so many hours. It took my body a couple of days to recover from that experience. I appreciate the care and skill of the doctor and nurses and The improved vision that I now have. Thank you very much.
Dr Smart is a Dr with integrity. He really cares about his patients, and how his services impact them. He has taken such good care of me, and has done everything he can to make sure I'm happy with his surgeries, and outcomes of his work.
