I called the skin clinic today, not realizing it was under the same management as the endocrine clinic. Emily, who I’ve always known to be kind and professional, answered the phone and informed me that I had been “terminated as a patient” due to a note from the manager referencing my previous Google review. Doctor Morgan and the nurses are amazing, the receptionist is terrible and very condescending not an ideal person to have in customer service , they definitely need to hired somebody else for the front desk.

I usually feel really uncomfortable going to the doctor, but this place completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, I felt truly cared for. The staff was kind, patient, and incredibly professional. They took the time to really listen and helped me get answers I didn’t even realize I needed. They're about money and dont really care for Their patients. The main receptionist Emily is very rude as well, especially if she doesn't get her money. This place feels more like a loan shark office then a place trying to help you. Dr Morgan wasn't bad same with the NP. However his main receptionist is very rude to customers!! especially when It comes to money!!
