I'm having terrible luck with attempting to deposit checks with the mobile app (Mitek) provided by this bank. It works very sporadically on an iPhone 5, iPhone 6 and an iPad Mini. It has been especially bad with the introduction of iOS 10.x. Is anyone else having issues like me?
When shopping for a mortgage, they came in at at the top for the best option. Little did I know- the reason they were cheaper is because they didn’t include our insurance until the closing costs (which all the other lenders did). This made them APPEAR to be the best offer. I hate shady tactics like this. So 2 months later I’m stuck with paying our surprise insurance bill at Christmas time. Something I did not budget for. Two thumbs down for being shady.
