It's the day before a holiday weekend and I needed a part swapped for my Suzuki. I call and Spencer says that they can check and see if it's a quick fix even though their lot is pretty full. I head over, he glances at it and says "I can do that real fast." I sat inside for maybe 20 minutes, and he comes in and says "You're good to go." When I asked if I needed to pay, he said to leave a good review and we'd call it even. I'm now a customer for life, tbh. Highly recommend.
Mike and his team went above and beyond! My daughter was driving cross country when she had a scare with her car in Logan. The first repair shop told her she had blown her crankshaft and needed a whole new engine. Mike made time to look at it on a very busy Friday and found that it has an oil leak that she just needs to keep full. What a relief! And he would not even accept payment! So sweet and much appreciated for a broke girl driving to grad school in Virginia! Thank you to Mike. We will pay your kindness forward!
Firstly, Alexa was amazing. Seriously most helpful and kindest person. We passed through Logan Utah on a roadtrip when we had some car issues come up. We stopped by and they were so incredibly helpful. They were able to get us back on the road next day instead of 3 days like the other shops around the area told us. They were fast, informative and took high quality care of the car! Thanks again guys!!
CVA helped me out with my headlights super fast, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Everyone was really patient and easy to work with. Definitely appreciate it!
CVA is phenomenal, we’ve come here a few times and we’ve never been disappointed! Most recently they replaced my brakes, shocks, and the clock spring in my steering wheel. After I picked up my car I noticed a large rattle noise, I took it back to them to take a look. They told me it was a quick and easy fix, and they didn’t charge me for that visit. Highly recommend - very personable and trustworthy!
