Great shop. Usually fairly busy as they are the best shop in the valley. They do quality work at a good price. And they don’t recommend unneeded repairs to try and get more money
This shop thinks it’s OK to overfill your engine oil. Just ask them and they will tell you it’s no big deal. Don’t worry… for me. I want my oil right on the dot. I don’t want an extra quart of a quart !!! After a weekend up in the mountains, the extra oil has to go somewhere, especially in a 20 year-old vehicle so that’s great that two days later it’s right on the button but I know that I checked it on a cold engine with 1.5 miles on odometer after I brought it home from your shop and I had way too much oil! Took our car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything went smooth and we love the results. We've been coming here for years and they've been awesome to work with. The reason we keep going back is they send us a Christmas card every year. Who does that?? Thanks CVA! Highly recommend!
My husband went in to get a head light replaced due to us not having the time to do it. My husband spent over 45 minutes at the shop for them to tell him that the bulb is 150$ for one. That was after the guy sat there complaining about working on the car stating that it was horrible. My husband just got home and we looked up the parts online and found that one bulb is as low as 24$ for HID and as high as 53$. Thanks for adding extra oil but no thanks I’ll settle for just the perfect amount. Good business owner with the problem of good help is hard to find!
