I have tried going to Cache Valley Autocare many times in the past few years and they lack the quality service needed to gain new customers. I had my current issues resolved by talking to Spencer but you shouldn't have to involve the manager to have a decent experience at a mechanic shop. Spencer Balentine let me leave my new, used car there and made time in between jobs to do a quick check on it. And when they didn’t find anything he proceeded to NOT charge me. Absolute 11/10!!!
Came in thinking it was my alternator, they got it in quick and tested and we found out battery was bad instead. Recommend coming to them so much!! Very kind people!!
Spencer was so helpful and kind to take a look at a car i was looking to purchase! He walked me through what was wrong with the car, what my options were and his recommendations, after his help I tried to tip him and he denied! He totally deserves a raise and is one of the most helpful and honest mechanics I've ever met! Definitely go to him for any car problems/questions the guy really know his stuff
