The best car shop in cache valley. They are honest, kind, and so helpful. They’ve never tried to upsell me on services I don’t actually need.
Spencer and Alexa helped us tremendously, and they were amazing to work with. After a very rough day and a long drive, an accident with a rock left us with a pretty serious oil leak. Even though we were close to closing time, they fit us right in with smiles on their faces. They looked at our car right away, and even let us see the problem with our own eyes, walking us through everything. We are very grateful for this friendly, kind team. Thank you!
Seems to be an honest place, and the free diagnosis is a plus. Also friendly staff, helped me understand what emissions tests are (I'm from Arkansas, so it's a foreign concept to me) and whatnot
I will always be coming back here for as long as I live in Logan. Spencer took time to make sure my car was taken care of and everything was good to go. He left me impressed with how much he cares about what he does, and by his glorious mustache. It took a bit of finagle but we got it figured out. Absolutely the best customer service and great people in general. 10/10 would recommend.
Great experience with CVA. Spoke to me like I was a human and didn't talk down to me (which happens at a lot of mechanics). They were very transparent about the situation and kept good communication. Can't recommend them enough.
