Tate was friendly and honest and best of all, he got my bike running again. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome.

I called about getting my bike diagnosed. Tate said he didn't have the right equipment for my bike, but he started troubleshooting over the phone and gave me some suggestions to try before I take it to a dealership. I didn't ever ask him for ideas, he just started asking and talked through ideas for 10 min. I'll definitely take my bike to him in the future.
Diagnosed my issue quickly and answered all my questions
If I could do more than 5 stars I would. We needed out snow blower serviced. The picked it up and delivered it back to us. It was a great price point as well. When it's close yo spring mowing I will have him do our lawnmower as well
