If I could give this company a 0 star......I would. We recently made a move to Lovelock and needed a storage unit. So we called Cache Storage...spoke with the owner....and made arrangements to meet him at his storage facility in 30 minutes. However, he NEVER showed up....Or even bothered to return the calls that I left during the next hour letting him know that we were there waiting for him. Finally, we had to make the decision to take our items an hour away to Fernley, NV. Being that we like to give people second chances...... read more
The units are what you'd expect from a storage facility but, the management and staff are HORRIBLE!!! No set hours, when you try to call and pay the bill, they are extremely rude, they treat the customers like a complete inconvenience. In a small town like Lovelock, that's NOT the way to stay in business!
