My dogs have had a excellent experience every time we've been here. The whole team at Cache Meadow is very professional and caring for the patient and the human. It is also very clean inside and out!
I've been bringing my dogs here for the past 4 years cus their prices were cheaper than some of the other clinics in the valley so I guess you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, I've not been impressed with their overall service. They never seem to know who my dogs are, the front desk staff seems to be different every time we go and multiple times they have not kept track of what vaccines my dogs needed. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They aren't pushy or try and guilt you into services you may not want or can afford. One of my cats had lost a lot of weight quickly and stopped eating. They diagnosed him quickly with diabetes and gave us a prescription for a new liquid medication instead of a shot to help him. It works wonderfully. And recently we took our 15 year old cat in who was also losing weight and stopped eating. His tests came back negative for Kidney disease or diabetes.
