Horrible service. I hate giving bad reviews, but we gave these guys a YEAR to take care of a LOMA on a house we bought and they never got back to us and never took care of it. We tried calling several times and after a full year, we called FEMA and they said the LOMA was never submitted. There goes another $1600 down the drain thanks to this company! Just look at FEMA's site and you'll see if a LOMA is professionally submitted, it should be done within 5 DAYS. Do not trust these guys, they will just make false promises. EDIT... read more
