Dealing with Dale Trowbridge is always unpleasant. Getting him to fix the ditch encroaching on my driveway is always a hassle and he tells me every time how its not his problem and they have an easement....Dale, your easement is just that, an easement. It does not allow the ditch to erode my land making it unusable. I have talked to other farmers and not one has said dealing with him is pleasant.
