Unexpectedly closed, owner took all the money ran off, left all the uncremated animals in the freezer with no power to run the freezer as he never paid the hydro bills. Thanks to ex employee Matt to take all the animals to a freezer that has power. Thank you Matt your the best!
Left two messages weeks ago and calling reguarly with their mailbox full. Do they check messages ever or ever call back or answer their phone?
A few years ago this place was excellent. It's since changed owners and is horrible. They are much more concerned with money than your pet. I now drive an extra hour each way to get decent treatment for my pets.
The staff at Cache Creek Vet were super, starting with a caring reception on the phone by Charlene. Our dog Ody had a serious issue requiring surgery. Max, the Veterinary technician whose knowledge, obvious love of animals and compassion, was exemplary. Dr Bolseneroek was an exceptional Veterinarian, being honest about the risks of the surgery while instilling in us confidence in his skill.
