About two years ago, the thermostat Ed installed failed. Nothing he had done, it just went bad. I had a brand new, 10 day old baby in a freezing cold house, so even though I had an awful previous experience with Ed, I called him so I could ask where I could find a replacement thermostat in the valley. Seems to know what he's doing, but is very unpleasant to work with
ABSOLUTELY GIVE ED A CALL!!!! Ed, the owner, came out to the house personally to work on and fix my A/C unit. It was an after hours call on short notice and Ed still showed up. Not only that he was a commensurate professional, greeted everyone he saw with a smile and a hello, and asked questions about what was going on before he ever started working.
