Two faced man, do not believe what he tells you to your face.
About two years ago, the thermostat Ed installed failed. Nothing he had done, it just went bad. I had a brand new, 10 day old baby in a freezing cold house, so even though I had an awful previous experience with Ed, I called him so I could ask where I could find a replacement thermostat in the valley. I was feeling desperate because my baby was already struggling to thrive and add a cold house to it, I was scared. So I called ed.
