Two faced man, do not believe what he tells you to your face.
About two years ago, the thermostat Ed installed failed. Nothing he had done, it just went bad. I had a brand new, 10 day old baby in a freezing cold house, so even though I had an awful previous experience with Ed, I called him so I could ask where I could find a replacement thermostat in the valley. Seems to know what he's doing, but is very unpleasant to work with
ABSOLUTELY GIVE ED A CALL!!!! Ed, the owner, came out to the house personally to work on and fix my A/C unit. It was an after hours call on short notice and Ed still showed up. Not only that he was a commensurate professional, greeted everyone he saw with a smile and a hello, and asked questions about what was going on before he ever started working. Once he started he was efficient, effective, and precise with everything he did. He was able to diagnose the issue with the unit and fix it without having to expel time, money, ... read more
