CACHE CLEANERS STOLE MY DRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – LOCATION: SUGARLAND, TX. CACHE CLEANERS. This place has the worst service and will lose your favorite clothing. The only reason why I used their services was because they are down the street from my job. NEVER AGAIN!!!! will I use their cleaning services, they lost a very expensive dress of mine. ruined two of my jackets – I brought only two items in to be cleaned. Guess how many they messed up? Two. They lost the button completely on one of my jackets. On the other jacket, not only did it look like they didn't even touch it, but they also ruined it. There are large spots of discoloration on the front of my jacket that were not there before. Not only did they not apologize, but they still charged me for the cleaning. They are sending it out again, but I doubt it will be fixed.This place is terrible.
