I dropped by the Apple store to see about replacing the battery on my ipod,now 4 years old. The gentleman I talked to was very rude and couldn't understand what I wanted. It took several minutes for him to get around to telling me that I had to make an appointment online to see if they could replace the battery. I asked about the imaingo speaker system that I was interested in and he didn't even know what that was. I was disgusted. I hope I can get the battery replaced elsewhere. I have no desire to reenter this store.
