The worst delivery service and customer service! I received burnt tequenos which were inedible. I tried contacting the store multiple times and it went straight to voicemail.
Ok. So i have to say. This its NOT a Venezuelan food. But my 3 stars are because the food on self its not bad. Have pretty good seasoning. But if a costumer asking for pepito ensebollado and the costumer services say "we not do this thinks" you definitely not are "Venezolano" el venezolano se conoce por ser atento y servicial.... Tonight I ordered a pork cachapa, a yoyo (a type of fried plantain dish), and a portion of fries. The bag the order came in was soaked in oil, and I didn't understand why until I saw the box of fries overflowing with oil—it was incredibly unpleasant. It looked like they had practically just taken them out of the fryer and put them straight into the box.
