Communication is HORRIBLE! I was using her to help with non contested adoption and it took over a year to complete. The two most important parts were getting a court date to complete the process which she not only pushed off for months but then flat out lied about a date that was secured and free for all parties. The second process she failed on was unsealing the documents so I can get a copy in order to change my son’s last name before he starts school. So I will be driving tomorrow to get that accomplished.
