Horrible costumer service. I called and needed to short notice cancel, due to flights not taking off due to weather. She was extremely pleasant on the phone. Understood why we needed to cancel the appointment. Asked if we would be rescheduling. I explained that I’d call when I knew we’d be getting out/going again. She seem accepting of the situation. Iliana the owner accommodated my crazy work schedule - from fitting to bringing her go-to couturess Adriana for on-site hemming planning. I had a beautiful dress for an important evening event that did not initially catch my eye but was perfect for it, based on Iliana's recommendation. If I could give this boutique 10 stars, I would. The dresses were so classy, tasteful and unique, and Iliana was hands-down the sweetest, classiest and most pleasant to work with. I really needed a dress for a last-minute wedding in Milan and I needed to find a dress by Christmas eve. All dress boutiques in Vancouver were closed and unresponsive.
