Had a great day tubing with the family on the river! Even during a soaking rain the last 10 minutes! Took us almost 3 hrs.

Our family with 2 kids had an amazing time kayaking on the Cacapon river! The river is pretty calm in August, and not deep with a few shallow spots with mild rapids. I was a complete novice and had a blast! Andrey helped us with instructions how to navigate the river and where to stop for lunch. It was our favorite outdoor activity during the WV trip!
We had a wonderful time kayaking with Cacapon River Outfitters! Andrey gave us a helpful and humorous ride to the push off point. He had a tandem kayak ready for us! The water was clean, and the experience a wonderful memory for us all! We will be coming back!
Appreciated the easy online booking, helpful staff, and beautiful river. We rented two canoes and enjoyed an easy paddle along the Cacapon. Felt like we had the river to ourselves.
