Horrible experience. Told they would fix my A/C problem, and each time they repaired something, the actual problem was something else and they needed to repair that to fix the problem - 3 separate times. They also didn't follow industry standard protocols. Took a different contractor all of 2 minutes to find the actual problem and less than 10 to fix it. STAY AWAY from this company. They were sent to my home by Select Home Warranty company and they told me that they would be reimbursed only $250 and they were correct, but they charged $480. I called them to asked why I was charged for two Techs $100 each and was told that I was the most stubborn and rude client that Andre had spoken to that day. WOW!
STAY AWAY FROM CAC UNLIMITED. Select Home Warranty used this company for a claim I submitted to repair my dishwasher. The technician never followed up on the parts needed for my repair. Even after he left a note stating "Parts needed to be shipped to warehouse or home and that shipment would take 3-4 days". I reached out to the tech after 3 weeks had past. Andre L.
