Great service! Friendly folks! My first grade student!
These guys are by far most professional company I’ve ever dealt with. My shower valve went bad and was spraying water. I tried six other companies that never answered the phone or responded. CAC answered the phone and sent their guy Justice out and repaired my shower right away. Technician was very friendly and professional. Where do I start? I needed a new mainline put in since I still had the old Orangeburg. Cedric took this project personal. He was diligent, committed, informational and most of all professional. He was very positive when I wasn't sure how I could afford the project but he worked with me and it was a success! His team was timely, focused and cleaned up exceptionally well. Tommy! You matter. No show for appointment and when I left message asking where they were, a lady called back with no apology and said they were booked up until next week. WHY did they commit to an appt when I took off work?
