We're paring almost $900 in HOA monthly They allow random people who aren't residents to come and use the tennis courts so there's no street parking and God forbid you forget to hang your parking pass they tow your car and the impound fees over $500. The HOA are absolute leeches on the residents. If it wasn't for the low interest rates we got locked in at I would have sold and left already.

Great place to live! Clean and safe neighborhood. Saving a lot by paid water and spectrum TV and internet! There are pools, tennis and pickleball courts in community. Great views and vibes on the hillside.
