We seen Dr .Tom Manolitsas and he make my wife and I very uncomfortable, very unprofessional, over priced and we advise anyone to seek a second opinion before you go ahead with this Dr in our opinion.
Last year, after a pelvic ultrasound, I found out I had a mass the size of a baby’s head on my left ovary. Returning to see my GP that afternoon, thankfully she had provisionally organised for me to see Dr. Tom Manolitsas 3 days later. I can only say right now how grateful and lucky I was to be referred and subsequently operated on by Tom . Dr Tom - thank you. You have been an active listener and provided support and open dialogue in a calm and inclusive manner. In particular I wish to thank you for your kindness and connectedness on the day of my surgery. I have never had a surgeon hold my hand and talk to me while I was being anaesthetised. It was incredibly calming at a vulnerable moment in my life. You are an amazing human and a wonderful empathetic surgeon.
Quite disappointed by the reception staff who were condescending and rude. I called seeking an appointment and was basically told I was too poor to see Dr Tom as my health insurance did have hospital cover. To see a specialist in a private clinic, you do not need hospital cover. The blatant disregard for new patients is appalling, and needs to be addressed.
