I'd rate them 4.6 if fractional ratings were possible. Despite being a bit pricier than other estimates, Jalen, the sales representative, gave me some useful advice that I later confirmed was missing from other consultations. The roofing project was completed on time, causing as little disruption as one could anticipate when installing a new roof.
