Atty. Efren Cabrera is the best. He helped us with everything we need for our first mortgage which includes all the paperworks that needs to be done. He is also very kind, skilled and knowledgable! Me and my husband will definitely refer him with our family and friends. On the other note, when you first enter the firm, they will greet you and offer you coffee and drinks.
Met this lawyer through another company during practicum, I then spoke with him about wanting to set up a will for my daughter, he then reach out to me to set up and scheduled a meet with me and never showed up. When I expressed how a waste of my time that was going down there and waiting a hour of the disappointed, he then blocked me. Very Unprofessional!! Do Not go to this Laywer Efren.
