I called to get a quote for BCBS never got past hello. Had trouble understanding him when the call was first answered. He was talking when he answered the call and when I asked if he could hear me he said "who is this?' I don't know you". Never made it to tell him my name and was never asked how may I help you? Rude tone, unprofessional. Plenty more out there willing to help without an attitude.
