Had both of my bottom wisdom teeth removed yesterday and it was a 10/10 experience. Dr Felix was incredibly efficient, highly skilled, and had such a friendly, reassuring manner. The procedure was as painless as possible, and the entire team made the experience feel comfortable and welcoming.
The receptionist had terrible communication. They had one day available only to book for Dr Ben so I was like “alright ok” then the day I come in they say it was on a completely different date. They just said Tuesday 3:45 only. No exact date of Tuesday what? so common sense says it would be the very next Tuesday. I can’t read her mind to understand that it was next 2 weeks Tuesday. I switched dentist after my dad kept raving about how he found a new dentist and how good they were and after trying them out I’m so disappointed that I hadn’t been here years and years earlier! This was my second time with them and it was too good I had to leave a review. I had Dr Brian and can’t recommend enough! The service provided was impeccable!
