Very dishonest service. They took advantage of me because I looked unsure. I only came for a regular teeth cleaning and asked for advice about one badly decayed tooth. They told me they need to take photo of the teeth for $30 each and said they would take 2. But they purposely took 3 and charged me $90. The cleaning was $130, but when I paid, they asked for $250. The receptionist advised that Dr Felix To has 6-7 years of experience, however, I don't think so. His technique is VERY ROUGH AND PAINFUL. How he delivered the local anesthetic was soo slow and that doesnt help lessen the pain! On his profile says "his gentle manner" but what he did was not gentle at all. I work in the dental industry so I can judge. He should learn more and polish his skills more. I have seen the best dentists work and how they perform treatments for patients.
