we unfortunately had a leak happen tonight. we called emergency maintenance, and elvis was over within the hour. he showed up, found the source of the leak, fixed the leak, and retrieved an item i lost behind my dryer (lol) in less than an hour. we haven’t had good experiences with apartment maintenance before moving here so it was a HUGE relief to have someone show up who cared. a BIG thank you to elvis for being great at what he does and caring about the folks who live in this community
