John Cabot took my call on a Sunday morning after my garage door had destroyed itself on a Saturday night. He said he could replace the door the next day (Monday) and promptly called me Monday morning saying he was looking for the style of door I wanted. HORRIBLE Experience! This company promotes 24/7 service. I called at 7:45am to inquire if they could come out and fix my garage door. My car was stuck inside. John asked if he could call me back. After not hearing back for 35 minutes, I called another company. When John called me back 45 mins later, I politely told him I had called someone else.
