They look so cute, we might stay there next time.
A unique place to stay! We spent one night in the Farm House in mid-June, and really enjoyed our short time there. It's small (like the name suggests) yet comfortable and not cramped, and very clean. We also really appreciated the location by the water and the water sports (inflatable kayaks, standup paddle boards etc) available to guests. I recently stayed at the Boat house and had a very disappointing experience. After driving over 5 hours, we arrived to find there was no hot water(COLD Water only). The property manager did send someone to fix the issue around 11 PM, but despite spending over an hour trying, the problem wasn’t resolved. The next morning, the hot water briefly returned, but it was only enough for us to take a very rushed showers(water getting COLD in the last few minutes). Outrageous rent prices for these places
In July 2023 we rented the Farmhouse for 4 days. We found ourselves racing back to see the wonderful sunsets every evening. We found the place to be quiet, and serene. The Farmhouse was very clean and the mattress and pillows on the main floor were very comfortable. We did not use the bedroom in the loft. Great location for a home base to go exploring the Cabot Trail. Would definitely come back in the future. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond to my questions.
