We worked with this company on a transaction and they cost us thousands of dollars due to their mishandling of funds. We didn't feel like a priority due to their lack of communication. We have done hundreds of transactions with other title companies and have never had an experience like this. Due to this, we will not be using this company/Pro Land Title in the future.

I just want to say that the ladies here at the Cabot title company are extraordinary. Before I got started in my real estate journey they always treated like I was somebody. Katie is one of the most exceptional people in the title business. I am a big communicator and Katie knows how to go above and beyond in her communication to not only insure a great experience with the buyer but also the seller as well. These ladies are a helping hand to the real estate community and this title company is appreciated in this company,
