The worst accounting firm ever to get your tax refund. Gave them the money to do my tax return on 20th july and they did it on 5 august 2026, and there staff is telling me the system was down. Seriously for whole 2 weeks they do things according to their whole convenience. I need the money urgent and trusted them clearly a wrong decision. Even the owner didn’t help much even though it was his staff who was at fault.
