Recently got my motorcycle inspection here after making an appointment 3 days in advance and was very confused when I brought the bike in when they first opened in the morning and they told me it might be done by the end of the day and to my surprise it wasn’t and I had to wait until the next day what is the point in making an appointment it’s great if you live around the area but I would not recommend to anyone who needs work done and is just passing through very unprofessional
Very unprofessional
On my recent trip to the east coast the rear tire on my Harley got a puncture. After a 5 hour wait for tow truck and a 2 hour ride the Cabot Powersports to drop the bike off after hours. The next morning they had a tire ready and fit me in between other jobs and had me back on the road by noon. I have been to many dealerships during my riding years but this had to be the best service I have ever received. Thanks to the parts and service you saved my trip.
