Find yourself a new doctor. Called this morning to get an appointment. Called at 9:08am it is now 9:27 and still on hold. They encourage you use pomelo to book an appointment and if you don't know how to ask a staff member.....you can't speak to staff because NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE!!!! Best family practice I've had in my life.
Can’t get ahold of reception, and when i finally do i’ve been brushed off several times by my doctor for mental health concerns, and been told “everyone says they have adhd nowadays”. i understand and appreciate the work that they do here, but not being able to contact a doctor is unacceptable behaviour.
