I am so thankful that I’ve joined Cabot CrossFit! As a mom of 3 and a fire wife, it’s easy to get caught up in the busyness, to forget about community and forget about your physical health. Cabot CrossFit is a place of love and community. The coach’s are kind. They care about you and your family. They teach you and push you at your level of fitness. I look forward to my mornings with my CrossFit family everyday. I can’t recommend Cabot CrossFit enough!!
If you want to just show up and see results, this is the place. Cabot CrossFit offers a welcoming community and expert coaches who handle all the planning. I love the ease of walking in to a specific warm-up and a challenging, yet scalable, workout (often including strength work). It’s a productive hour where the only energy required is effort. This effective programming has been key to me maintaining above military fitness standards. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!
This is definitely the best gym I've ever been to...ever! I've been so encouraged & supported by other members, and coached very well. It really is a good community! I've stuck with it here, even with difficult workouts. Its totally worth it!!
The coaches are great. CrossFit is a challenging exercise experience and Cabot CrossFit has options for every fitness level. I have been training there since 2020 and classes are typically only cancelled for bad weather. It is a great community.
