Was in Cabot for a couple days and dropped in on a Friday for class and Saturday for open gym. Great people, made me feel very welcome. Great facility and equipment.

Would recommend. The coaches are welcoming and they provide childcare for some classes.
I am so thankful that I’ve joined Cabot CrossFit! As a mom of 3 and a fire wife, it’s easy to get caught up in the busyness, to forget about community and forget about your physical health. Cabot CrossFit is a place of love and community. The coach’s are kind. They care about you and your family. They teach you and push you at your level of fitness. I look forward to my mornings with my CrossFit family everyday. I can’t recommend Cabot CrossFit enough!!
