Very welcoming, clean, and fun box! Owner greeted us right away and engaged from introducing us to the gym, coaching Olympic lift complex and Mayhem conditioning piece. We are “experienced” and have been to many boxes all over the place- this one is a definite revisit! You will feel welcome here and get a great workout. Friendly and strong, Cabot CrossFit gets 5 stars from us ;)
This is my favorite place to be! I never in a million years would’ve thought that I would enjoy anything about fitness BUT Cabot CrossFit has changed my life forever ❤️. All the coaches and members are super motivating and supportive. They even have childcare which is GREAT (it’s also included in your membership). Cabot CrossFit is a great place to work on your physical fitness and make new friends. It has a friendly and safe atmosphere and is well managed and the equipment and facility is well maintained. All instructors provide good demonstrations of workout movements prior to sessions and spot one on one time to improve your workout experience.
