I had a head spa and a foot detox today and this is honestly the best place I have been too! Beau is such a lovely woman and her service was amazing and very professional. Would highly recommend!!!
Paid $40 for a 20-minute head and shoulder massage but only received about 15 minutes total — and honestly, it felt like closer to 10 minutes of actual hands-on time. Payment was taken at 2:40pm, and I was walking out by 2:55pm. When I raised the issue, the staff questioned me and made it seem like I was being dishonest. Which is not very customer friendly. The lady was nice enough however she had long nails and cut my time short. . Disappointing experience and waste of money
I had the most wonderful massage today. Unfortunately the atmosphere was unbearable. The owner was on the phone with the phone on loud speaker. It totally disturbed my “relaxing “ massage. We had to move to another room but the noise went on for twenty minutes. A massage for $85 to relaxed me was not happening!! The masseuse was so good but I came away very unhappy.
After 20mins of waiting the masseuse didn’t turn up they were happy just letting me sit there and wait to see if one did turn up had one good experience here but every other time they don’t answer there phone or get back to you till hours later
I had the Japanese Head Spa with Kylie and it was the most soothing, beautiful experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and created such a warm, cozy atmosphere. I left feeling refreshed and completely rejuvenated (my hair feels amazing too). I truly can’t recommend this place highly enough. ♀️
