PLEASE answer your phones. Maybe you are not answering because you are home sleeping which is exactly what my neighbors and I are trying to do at 6:41am. Your inconsiderate construction workers had the bright idea of ignoring city ordinance and using high machinery before 8am. What company allows this from their staff.
