Not Clean This place just opened and took the place of Bite, the old sushi restaurant. Definitely a different crowd there now and everyone is usually drunk. I went there with a friend of mine and ordered a quesidilla and some chips and dip. Was not good and there was a strange object in the salsa. They ran out of glasses at the bar and when we did get a glass they were filthy. Haven't been back since and if you want to just get wasted and drink out of dirty glasses this is your place. Tasty mexican! Great place for mexican cuizine! You can eat outside and people watch or inside. My favorite is the chicken taco salad.

Worse Place to go In Marina! I am a long time regular customer that really liked going to Cabo until Cinco De Mayo and how in appropriate their staff IINCLUDING the manger handled things with a group of friends of mind that were NO WAY out of hand until they made it a big deal. When It is specifically advertised 2for1 BODY SHOTS and we even ASKED to make sure it was ok to do first. Pretty cool bar Decent bar with much more of a younger feel to it. Usually in Santa Monica you would find more of an older crowd enjoying the night life but this place is definitely geared towards a much more younger customer. Great bartenders, there is also one located by the Venice Canals right down the street from the Baja Cantina which is it's parent restaurant. Nice bar, cool crowd, great atmosphere.
Great Margaritas! This place is great for happy hour! It's always crazy busy, but the margaritas are delicious! I would recommend for a fun atmosphere for a night out with friends, it's definitely not the quiet date night spot! Food is delicious, and prices are decent!

Terrible experience Trying to get to Cabo Cantina is a pain unless you aren't driving a car. There's no parking anywhere near the place. Then once you're inside, the service is incredibly slow (and many of the servers are rude). The food isn't that great either. My margarita was alright but nothing to make me need to go back. Overall, a terrible experience all-around. I wouldn't recommend the place to anybody.
