I recently purchased a new Mercedes van from this company. Richard was amazing from start to finish, he jumped through hoops for me. I was not the easiest customer as there were a few hiccups on my behalf. The rest of the team were also awesome. Had a couple of minor teething issues with van and mechanics quickly resolved them which was great as I was short on time. Traveling south in our motorhome and a warning came up on the console. Rang Cable Price, they said to take it there. We were met as we drove into the premises. Hour later we drove out and continued our journey all fixed. Top marks for friendly efficient people who have turned around a problem into a memory we felt we should share here. We recommend Cable Price to be a go to place if you ever need them
Exceptionally descriptive in the vehicle service and software upgrade, and very cool how the computer on the new van learns and records throughout my Mainland Journeys.
If you have to have something major go awry with your Merc, these are the folks to see. Special mention to admin superwoman Marie who kept me appraised with photos all the way.
