Review is a bit late. But what absolutely amazing service. We are from the North Island and the house bus we had bought turned out to have issues (untold to us at the time), so we phoned afterhours and were lucky enough that there was someone available. Dylan helped us out big time and was so lovely, he even checked in on us multiple times as he knew we had a huge drive ahead of us.
