They are STEALING people money and NOT providing the service that is being paid for. The WORST EVER! Do not know how they are still in business. Horrible customer service, tech support knows nothing, and supervisors NEVER call back! Sent a letter to BBB and telling everyone to change their service. I'm changing ASAP!

I have experienced ongoing issues with internet service since October and they have yet to be resolved. Currently scheduling the 5th technician to come out! I have missed work and I am currently missing work do to this issue!!! AND... I am being charged for service I’m NOT receiving!!! This internet service is AWFUL!!!
