Placed my order over the phone. Received my order 2 days later but it was the incorrect order. Emailed them about the issue, got an immediate response. They shipped the correct order out with overnight delivery and doubled the order as an apology and told me to keep the original shipment which might come in handy down the line. This is the kind of company that I will do business with again and again as they truly seem to care about their customers experience. 10 Star Rating. Thank You Karen
I ordered 2 items 2 weeks ago, called last week, was told they would ship my order right out my order still shows up on their site as pending. They haven't even shipped it yet one week later! Very disappointed!
