Had been looking for a car for several weeks now because transmission issues with prior vehicle so make an appointment for the following day to go to the KIA dealership and when arrived was greeted and helped with a nice young man Landan very helpful young man but I believe his leadership was lacking a little because he kept bringing us dirty cars to look at with trash still in them and test drove one vehicle sounded like we were in a road grader I mean this part of the team needs some help! I stopped by for an oil change and tire rotation today, and I am so glad that I did. As soon as I parked my vehicle in the bay, I was greeted by a friendly associate. Once I walked in to the service center, Amanda, my service advisor, was immediately friendly and helpful.
