I just want to give a huge shout out to Kristina in the service department. She is one of the most understanding, compassionate, and goes above and beyond for you team members you will ever come across in any business. She kept us up to date, made everything simple, and made an extremely stressful situation so much easier to deal with. If we are ever in the area again and need service, I would only want to deal with her again. Outstanding customer service!
Using a different account because they love deleting reviews. Absolutely do not take your Kia here to get anything fixed. We took our Kia Optima there four different occasions only to get told four different times something else that was wrong with it. The actual issue is we needed a new transmission. However, when you go there, they use a weird little scanning tool to pretend like they are diagnosing the issue. We’ve needed help with our Kia a couple times and each time I’ve been very happy with how friendly, efficient and helpful they have been. While I wilder prefer to never see these people, I imagine this group is the best I could hope for when my car is acting up
