Great experience for the Louis Tomlinson concert Parking was adequate and quick, arena felt safe and was clean. The parking lot was a nightmare to get out of, but eventually cleared after maybe 15 minutes of gridlock.
The floor seats are folding chairs, which is fine, but they are not great for sitting during 2 hours of opening acts. Dude next to me was nearly in my lap and my friend was squashed on my other side. So uncomfy...should've kept my pit tickets just so I could MOVE.
You can park in the lower parking for free, I think. We didn't know and paid $25
Cody is seriously amazing and needs a raise immediately. There was a huge mix up at the box office and our vip pit wristbands were numbered wrong. We were so upset that instead of #5-7 we had #811-813. Cody didn’t stop until a resolution was found. He definitely went above and beyond. Cody is for the girls and we love him!! Thank you again Cody! Seriously give this man a raise
