Terrible service and lots of outages regularly. Wont ever go back to this "service".
We live in Missouri and were without Internet service for a period of 5-7 business days due to the May 2017 flood. I contacted the St Robert branch requesting credit towards our monthly bill for the days we were without service. I was shocked at what happened next! The customer service representative informed me that due to the flood the utility pole in my area was damaged. Okay, it happens. Worst customer service ever. Rude women in phone and in person here at local St Robert Mo office. The woman who is a supervisor is never in office if you have a billing issue or complaint. The women at the front counter who take your payment act they hate you. Especially if you are black. Is have filed and offical complaint with the corporate office in tempe az.
