I feel your pain. Same exact scenario as the person reviewed before me. No accountability. All our new cabinets came with scratches, they "destroyed" our brand new kitchen floors by not putting tarps down and seemingly not caring about their third parties' seeming negligence . We were told the exact thing about using touch up paint on brand new expensive cabinets. If they just were careful with the cabinets, as they should be, there would be no issues. Think twice... A friend of mine purchased custom cabinets from this company; in fact, they were bought and paid in full in August, 2014. When the custom color painted cabinets finally arrived, they were noticeably damaged – warped, chipped, broken, cracked. Cabitron owner’s response was “you have touch-up paint”. Since then, many issues have come up, none of which have lead to rectifying the situation, and to date, the job is still not finished.
