This has been the worst experience of my 25+ years of my career and travel. I have worked in 3 Fortune 1000 companies. I did international travel; this would have ended my career if this was for work. I booked a small group of 14 Christian women for a retreat. If you are a cabin owner, please do your due diligence and really consider if CabinsUSA is right for you. I am an owner (own 2 $1M+ cabins) and CabinsUSA absoluetly wrecked my cabins. Every time I went in there, there were huge problems. Some examples - in our theater, CabinsUSA never cleaned the carpet or under the theater seats. The carpet was absolutely ruined. Our dishwasher was broken and they never fixed it, allowing it to leak and ruin the flooring. We have a cabin with an indoor private pool with a water fountain - t... read more

My family and I had a horrible experience with Cabins USA. We spent over $13,000 for a 5 night stay and it was disgusting. The cabin was filthy, the pool was dirty, both hot tubs were broken, every single arcade game in the cabin was broken (approx 10 games). Towel racks were broken, dresser was broken, couch was ripped, remotes for TV's didn't have batteries, numerous burnt out light bulbs. Cabins USA was, in my opinion, the worst company to work with.

Bad experience! Left us running around between cabins and outside in the midst of the pandemic and did not even refund some of the money for the inconvenience that they caused. Led to ruined plans :/
