If I could leave zero stars, I would. This was our first time visiting Pigeon Forge and our first time renting with Cabins USA, and I would not recommend them to anyone who wants to actually enjoy their stay. From the start, the experience was off-putting. At check-in, the young man at the front desk was unfriendly and came across as rude.
