We stayed in the Royal Romance. We were missing a pool ball to our pool table. We also had black mold in our bathroom downstairs. We had a fan downstairs, sounding like it was going to break, but we were told it worked normal. The A/C upstairs was not working correctly the whole time, we were told that we had it on the wrong setting, when all we did was adjust the temperature, and it never said it was on fan. Not a pleasant experience. Bathroom was so small you could hardly turn around. Water smelled awful and we saw bugs everyday. Not very clean. Sure wasn't what was advertised. The view was a bunch of trees in back with no mountain view at all .would not stay here again or recommend. When I got an email to give a review, they blocked it and said that reservation number had already responded. So I am trying to post here.
We really enjoyed our stay at Cabins USA. The staff was very friendly and the cabin was clean when we arrived. Everything worked and we had a great time. The couch was a little uncomfortable and had some stains, so it could stand a new one.
