Pool waterfall and heater didn’t work and no one came to fix the problem after I called customer service several amenities did not work aswell.
The best views, the place to be to see bears, staff is friendly & accommodating!!
This very hidden home was better than the pictures. Our group of 11 had plenty of room to gather in the living room or spread out on the decks.every bedroom was charming. It is very near the Craft Road (Glades Rd) which is full of local arts and crafts.
This was our 5th stay in a Gatlinburg Falls cabin. We love the location and the cabins. It’s far enough away to feel secluded but only 10 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to a grocery and local restaurants. Our cabin “Once Upon a Time” was clean, well appointed, and provided everything we needed for the stay. Nothing better than coffee on the back porch in the morning or a beer in the hot tub in the evening.
