This is THE place for outdoor activities! Off the beaten path, but not so far out that you feel isolated. My wife and I spent a great weekend there in July with our dog and had lots of fun exploring the many hiking trails on the National Forest land that adjoins the property, and canoeing on the Big and Little Manistee Rivers.The hosts are friendly and helpful, they have a house about 100 yards from the cabins.
