WELL! Matt at the Sherwood store was very professional and knowledgeable about all of your products. I found his knowledge invaluble when purchasing my cabinets. His willingness to assist me and answer all my questions in detail was very refreshing. In todays time this dedication is very seldom seen. My compliments to Matt and his staff.
Great experience! Until it wasn't... I needed new cabinets after a dishwasher leak caused black mold. They came and took measurements and worked with me designing my new cabinets. The cabinets were delivered and were easy to assemble and looked really nice as well. After getting them all assembled and installing discovered that they were off on their measurements... BY 26"!!! These folks are a joke! Paid them to measure prior ordering only to find they missed by 26 inches! Now they want to charge higher prices to fix their mistake!! Save yourself the aggravation and work with real professionals!!!
I was helped by Matt and Ayden while designing an entertainment center. They were extremely helpful every step of the way. We were able to get a design, plan, and order compete within a couple of days. I would definitely use cabinets to go again!
